Work Teams

The project is based upon the work done by four teams:

Management team: Composed by Castilla y León Government personnel, which manage Villafáfila's Pools BSPZ with technical and administrative staff in charge of direct and coordinate every action of the Project.

Technical team: Formed by skilled personnel hired for this project that plans and develops the actions foreseen under the Administration technical staff supervision from the control of pigeon lofts recuperation and nesting boxes installation, as well as tracking the occupation success and the Project difussion.

Tracking and vigilance team: Composed by Castilla y León Government personnel who charge with the surveillance of Lesser Kestrel colonies and census realization.

Labour team: Formed by the staff of the company hired to carry out the recuperation works in dovecotes and nesting boxes installation.
